Accessibility Statement
Tonidental should be usable by everyone without barriers – including with a screen reader, with the keyboard only, with magnification or with impaired vision. This statement applies to the online shop at tonidental.de.
Compliance status
The benchmark is the European standard EN 301 549, which refers to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The shop is largely compliant with these requirements. This assessment is based on our own review of 29 October 2026, carried out with automated tools and by hand (keyboard operation, contrast, structure, labels).
What has been implemented
- All pages can be operated entirely with the keyboard, and the focus is always clearly visible.
- A “Skip to content” link leads past the header and menu straight to the content.
- Text and controls have sufficient contrast, in both the light and the dark colour scheme.
- Headings, lists, tables and form fields are marked up so that screen readers announce them correctly.
- Product images have text descriptions, buttons have understandable labels.
- Controls are large enough to be hit reliably on a phone as well.
- If “Reduce motion” is enabled in your operating system, no animations are shown.
Known limitations
- Safety data sheets and instructions for use come from the manufacturers and are provided as PDF files. These documents are not accessible. On request we are happy to send you the information in another form, for example as text by email.
- Payments are processed by the payment provider Stripe. We have only limited influence on the accessibility of Stripe's payment fields and pages.
Reporting barriers
Have you come across a barrier, or do you need content in another form? Write to us at info@tonidental.de or call us on +49 30 68055975. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Supervision and conciliation
Compliance with the accessibility requirements for products and services in Germany is monitored by the Market Surveillance Authority of the Federal States for the Accessibility of Products and Services (MLBF) in Magdeburg: www.mlbf-barrierefrei.de
If you cannot use the shop, or can only use it to a limited extent, because of a barrier and we cannot find a solution together, you can apply for conciliation proceedings at the conciliation body under Section 16 of the German Disability Equality Act (BGG): www.schlichtungsstelle-bgg.de
