Do you keep the goods in stock?
We do not keep a large stock; instead, we order the goods from the manufacturer for you. This means you receive fresh batches with a long remaining shelf life. The delivery time is shown for each item on the product page.

How can I order?
The easiest way is directly via the online shop. However, you can also place your order by email or by phone.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 3–7 working days; for delivery to other EU countries, add 2–5 working days of DHL transit time. For special orders or new production – such as special CAD/CAM blank heights – it can take 1 to 12 weeks. The delivery time is shown for each item on the product page.
Do you also deliver abroad?
Yes, to Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Denmark, Poland, the Czech Republic, Italy, Spain and Croatia. You select the delivery country at checkout.

How can I pay?
You can pay by PayPal, credit card, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is due when you place your order; the goods are shipped once payment has been received.
Returns & withdrawal
Can I return goods?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt. How a return works is explained on the Returns page. You can declare your withdrawal directly using the withdrawal form.
