Delivery area

We deliver to Germany and to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Denmark, Poland, the Czech Republic, Italy, Spain and Croatia.

The special shipping rates for individual items – Inflamaya Gel and the Philips Sonicare 6100 – apply if the item is ordered on its own. If it is ordered together with other items, the highest shipping rate in the bag applies, at most the parcel rate – everything is sent in one parcel. You will see the exact amount at checkout as soon as you have selected the delivery country.

All prices include statutory VAT at a rate of 19 %. Businesses from other EU countries with a valid VAT ID buy tax-free at the net price (intra-Community supply); we verify the VAT ID at checkout.

Delivery time

The delivery time for each item is shown on its product page. We order most items from the manufacturer for you; they are usually dispatched within 3–7 working days. We keep Inflamaya Gel and the Philips Sonicare 6100 in stock; they are dispatched within 1–3 working days. For deliveries to other EU countries, DHL's transit time of 2–5 working days must be added. For special orders or new production runs – such as CAD/CAM milling blanks in special heights – the delivery time may be 1 to 12 weeks.

Payment

You can pay by PayPal, credit card, Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay. With PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, you can also pay directly from the bag without typing in your address. Payment is due when the order is placed; the goods are dispatched once payment has been received.
