Our refund policy
| Withdrawal period | 14 days from receipt of the goods |

| Excluded | sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery – e.g. opened whitening gels (§ 312g(2) no. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB)) |
How a return works
| Register | email info@tonidental.de with your order number, name, item and reason |

| Return label | you will receive a label by email within 1–2 working days |
| Pack | pack the item securely, attach the label and hand it in at the post office |
| Refund | via the same payment method – at the latest 14 days after your withdrawal, once the goods have arrived back with us or you have provided proof of dispatch |
Register a return
Write to us at info@tonidental.de and please state: your order number, your name, the item and the reason for the return (defective, wrong item delivered, not as described or no longer needed). A few keywords are enough – we will get back to you with the return label.
Withdrawal without giving reasons
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The quickest way is via the withdrawal form. The details are set out in the cancellation policy.
