Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Toni Gambino, Tonidental, Meldenweg 18, 12357 Berlin, Germany, phone: +49 30 68055975, email: info@tonidental.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but you do not have to. You can also fill in and send the model withdrawal form or any other clear statement electronically on our website (https://tonidental.de/en/withdraw). If you do so, we will promptly send you a confirmation (e.g. by email) that we have received your withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising because you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will make the refund using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling that was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Special note

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. opened whitening gels).
